This is the one that takes real time. The photograph has to reach the guest wherever they happen to be, be signed, and come back to us before it can go out to you — and that runs on their schedule rather than ours.
A guest's signature is not ours to promise. We ask, and if they cannot sign it you get every cent back, postage included.
